Harry holds the designation of Certified Senior Advisor. A CSA is a professional who has received specialized training in aging and the important issues that affect seniors. CSA candidates must pass a challenging National Examination to demonstrate their comprehension of what is taught in the CSA curriculum.

 

Harry Gordon - Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist

Harry also holds the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation which is awarded by the CMPS Institute. The CMPS certification is the first and most prestigious mortgage planning designation in the industry. In addition to holding the CMPS designation, Harry is also on the faculty of the Institute, teaching both basic and advanced reverse mortgage planning strategies for industry professionals.

The National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA) is the national voice of the Reverse Mortgage Industry, serving as an educational resource, policy advocate and public affairs center for lenders and related professionals. NRMLA was established in 1997 to enhance the professionalism of the reverse mortgage business.

The mission of NRMLA is to educate consumers on the pros and cons of a reverse mortgage, to train industry professionals to be sensitive to the needs of senior clients, to enforce NRMLA's Code of Conduct and Best Practices and to promote reverse mortgages in the news media. Harry is an active member of NRMLA .

The SR Alliance is a national service organization whose mantra is, Service and Respect for Seniors. The SR Alliance is a group of professionals who are all engaged in different businesses and professions but who are drawn together by their dedication to serving seniors. By joining forces through the SR Alliance they are able to provide more suitable assistance and support to the seniors they serve.

Harry is the founder and current Chapter President of the Greater Reno SR Alliance.
